The Heavener School Board will meet in a regular business meeting 6 p.m. Monday at the Glenn Scott Educational Center at 500 West Second Street.

Here is the agenda:

1. Opening flag salute.
2. Invocation.
3. Call meeting to order and record members present.
4. Principals’ report: Kelli Cartwright, Jeremy Dyer and Grant Ralls.
5. Superintendent’s report: Ed Wilson.
6. Consent agenda.
7. Approve or disapprove the copier contract with Wight Office Machine for 2025.
8. Approve or disapprove technology management with Softline Essentials in the amount of $6,500 for 2024.
9. Approve or disapprove the Thrillshare Media Subscription Agreement with Apptegy, Inc. in the amount of $3,000 for 2025.
10. Approve or disapprove paving and bleacher renovation bids for school bond project.
11. Approve or disapprove property/casualy insurance bids for 2025.
12. Approve or disapprove cell phone reimbursement in lieu of school-provided cell phones for 2023-2024. Connie Shockley, Joe Heavener (1/2 year).
13. Approve or disapprove contract with Precision Drug Screening for drug/alcohol screening students and bus drivers for 2024.
14. Approve or disapprove statutory waiver/deregulation for alternative education for 2025.
15. Approve or disapprove the telemedicine services agreement with LeFlore County Hospital Authority dba Eastern Oklahoma Medical Center for 2025.
16. Approve or disapprove the Heavener School District smart snack exemption to fundraisers for 2025.
17. Approve or disapprove the memorandum of understanding for alternative education between Hodgen Public Schools and Heavener Public Schools for the 2024-2025 school year.
18. Approve or disapprove the renewal of OKTLE, SEES, and McRel for the 2024-2025 school year in the amount of $3,392.50.
19. Approve or disapprove stipends to summer schools.
20. Approve or disapprove paid holidays for 12-month employees for 2024-2025.
21. Approve or disapprove resignations as received by the superintendent.
22. Proposed executive session to discuss the employment of the following positions/employees for summer employment and the 2024-2025 school year.
